Pretty clean looking card but by the looks of the side shot on their site it looks like there is no backplate sadly.

The installation of a new GPU is usually straightforward, but not this time for me. I used DDU to remove the old drivers, popped in the new 1080 to be greeted by a Windows 7 boot error (boot device inaccessible). I have 2 SSDs and 1 HDD, but only the HDD visible in the BIOS. After a few hours of puzzlement, I realised that in the process of connecting the two power cables to the new card, I managed to dislodge a power cable from my modular PSU that was powering both SSDs! Will be more careful next time

Because it's £100 less then everywhere else and may be an error. Everywhere else has it in stock too.

It is on the rainforest but it's sold by the rainforest and not a market place member.

Finally got my i7 6700k and 1080 setup together. Upgrade from an i5 2500k and a 980. Doubled Ram to 16GB as well and hoping this will do me for two years minimum. Picked up the MSI Armor edition from the rainforest as I had some Vouchers from work. £460 all in inc. delivery. The Division plays well, downloading GTA V again as well. 67.8GB now!

Made me laugh, the idiot poster at pcg clearly didn't look at the ads "please check i can ship to you, email me at [email protected]!!" they are not being subtle. They have been on rainforest in force the last few days, I've reported 4 different sellers before that article but a couple of them are still active even now.

But yeah getting direct rather than 3rd party is fine, some decent prices around now on these cards, Inc ocuk.
