Should be fine. Mines just on +100.
Waiting for custom bios for the cards to push them up to some decent voltage.
Nice to hear what sort of OC's you are getting. I take it you got your new card then?![]()
Yeah got the card
Seems to overclock ok, stuck at 2063 core (it starts higher) and 5500 memory, can go a little more on the memory but like to keep everything stable over maximum overclock.
In TW2 it's around 10fps faster at any given moment. Which is good really helps them low fps's
Overall the 1080 @ stock is 2% faster than my heavy O/C TX @ 1500mhz, O/C the 1080 to the above clocks it's 13% faster. Not ground breaking but for a swap money wise for TX hybrid I'd say it's worth it and won't devalue as fast.
From the response I got it seems it was a mess up by DPD as my package was not picked up either.
Turns out the idiot from DPD picked up the wrong Trailer, what a muppet.
ThanksNice one Gripen![]()
Indeed they are... the EVGA GTX 1080 ACX 3.0 was on order for £564 whereas all other models (F.E cards too) were set at £638 - and still are.Are retailers also hiking prices on the continent Gripen?
Certainly I willNow that's good customer service and one heck of a deal! Nice! Will you be posting back on them, maybe make a video?

Currently no matter what mod, including changing VRM with ASUS Power Card or similar is allowing more voltage or "power limit" in 3D. No Bios either. 1.25v is your lot.
Something internal to the GPU is locking this down or something within the driver or both. Currently no board partner has the ability to change any of these limits.
Going well so far. managed to get over 21k Firestrike

Here's mine, MSI FE, excuse the case half put back together.
Thanks

Yup... same here... I got my EVGA FE cards for just a shade under £500 each and now they are nearly £580!
