Yes sir, free falling pound, kind of expected I would imagine.
I must admit that this is a bit of a knee jerk reaction by OCUK. It is not going to be a prelonged dip as the banks are already giving us promises of this.
I bet the prices stay the same if it recovers..... I was going to go on holiday in September to Spain..... I might hold off now!
Retailer will always jump at the opportunity to squeeze more cash out of your wallet![]()
I wonder how many pre orders were cancelled this morning.....
They won't be affected
seems a bit of a cash in by OC if you ask me. Surely the price they buy the cards for has not gone up
They won't be affected
Nah, it was definitely intentional.I was just looking and the prices seem the same as they were the other day when i checked. Pretty sure it was just that pricing bug that seems to crop up on the site now and then.
They are back down for now though. Better buy quick, as you never know when they could jump again...We're looking in more detail what we can afford to risk with graphics in particular, we shifted everything en-masse earlier to give time for product managers and finance to work it out. Pricing pretty much always follows dollar forecasts (and what our competition is doing). Forecasts are pretty much useless at the moment, unprecedented events and all that.
