This is for The Roll Of Honour. This gives visabiity to the number of cards purchased, what brands etc. You will find a TROH for every card released on this forum, which complements the owners threads. It has nothing to do wth vanity and helps build a community of liked mined people who can discuss/help out with the cards.

After waiting months for Vega to release and to be disappointed with it I have finally made a decision and purchased a 1080ti. I just wish I did it months ago!

I couldn't be happier. Coming from a Fury, not noticing the loss of freesync, the card is a beast!

Glad to hear that! I had a 295x2 before so I am hoping that a powerful single GPU will make a nice difference.

Last Amd card I had was a 3D rage II...and to amd defense it was a great card at the time

But I hope you've learned your lesson, Nvidia are just better

That's how things are meant to go, but the gpu industry seem to be experts at creating cards that require heatsinks strapped to them that you need a building permit for.

My 1080 Ti Gaming X is getting quite a bit louder these days, often over 70% fan speed. My room temperatures are normal so I'm not sure why this is.
Seems unlikely that there would be a problem with the thermal paste after such a short time.

Ummd and Ahhd and waited long enough to see what GPU AMD would come up with and decided to go for this. (First change from Red to Green)
Pretty satisfied so far.
Edit: The card is the Gigabyte Aorus GeForce 1080Ti "Waterforce WB Xtreme Edition."
