What a pain!! Hate when that happens and you just get passed from one support agent to another.

You would. Although, in practice, you might find they won't notice it's been removed. From an official standpoint though you'll lose warranty.Any world about if i fit waterblock on my Asus Strix card then i loose a warranty?

Thank you guys,i tought so... not too happy,but i gonna try my best.I had MSI card,but on the MSi card the sticker had a written warning,but on the asus just the red circle thats why i wasnt sure.
How did you contact them?, i just hung up after being on hold for Seven minutes to what i think was an USA number.
I just tried live chat again only to be told they are technical support only, what part of the website did you use?.
DPD tried to deliver the card to the return address today but there was nobody there to sign for it, did that happen to you as well?.
