The Pascal GTX 1080 Ti Owners Thread

So, anyone else found that voltage does nothing for OC?

Can manage 2037.5 (used to be 2050), and though voltage would help, but does nothing.

Not too worried about it, as happy with the performance I have. Just curious really

Gives me about another 25mhz if I put the voltage to maximum or 1.093v.

Although I tend to leave it stock as it puts about another +5-10% onto power usage.

Got my super jetstream and replaced the old super jetstream!

Clocks a little higher than the 2ghz I got from the 1080 and settled around 2080ghz . I stuck 400 on the memory and its stable but Ive never really overclocked the memory on any cards Ive had so I dont know if I will leave that alone. Its a little underwhelming as its just the same card I had before but performance wise its on point. Very fast and very quiet.

Now to max some gamers on my X34 and admire all the graphicz I now have :p

I must have got a lemon. Mine only goes to 2025 :/

Oh well, it's probably going to make like a 1% difference, so can probably live with it :)

I dunno.

Have hardly followed current gpus and and their ability. I just got the limited impression a decent one got closer to 2100 :)

Am I very wrong then? Do many not get over 2k?

Very few do, the top ones use monster coolers or water cooling, etc. My FE with a very aggressive fan curve does 1997 and no more, before spots start showing up.

My Zotac Amp Extreme boosts to around 2025 on stock. A push on the core gets it to 2063-2072 no problem, but after a few minutes it seems to hover around the 2050 mark and 65c. So, to be honest I've just set it back to default and I'm leaving at that as I'm pretty happy with the stock boost. :)

I can boost the memory +400 to give 12,000 effective, but I'm not sure how much difference in makes in games so I might leave that alone as well.

Ah right. I'll not call it a lemon any more then :)
Yes you should be pleased with that. My STRIX OC starts at around 2012 but due to gaming at 4k it throttles back to 1987 after 20 minutes :). Its not great but ive seen worse after gaming at 100% usage and temps getting as high as 73 degrees C
