US: The Pitt

Bear in mind, this show is strictly about what happens only in the ER, is doesn't follow patients to surgery etc, you will get talk about what happened to them "upstairs" but it'll be a small mention. Only time filming outside of the ER is at the very start and very end of both series so far.
Last question, before I take the plunge. I saw the episode titles are just 1 hour slots (7am-8am etc). Do all episodes take place over the same (24 hour) day, or is it different hours on different days, if you see what I mean?

Same day, like 24

Damn. I have no idea how they will develop characters, but I'll give it a try!

Good writing, some VERY good acting, its been missed for the most part of a TV series lol. Not bogged down by side stories and filler.

Im 8 into season 2. Its a brilliant show. Superb acting and writing imo and the balance of humour, sadness, action, drama and emotion is spot on. It's 24 crossed with ER and I really didn't think it would be for me but I love it.

I have started watching this lately but does anyone find it very heavy and intense to watch? I can't watch more than one episode in a sitting as it just feels like too much.

Yeah, now it's all aired, I started S2 yesterday... while having lunch. And that's my problem, I'm generally eating when I watch and this show does not lend itself to such a combination!

S3 to be set in November to change / add to the cases they get

“We’re about to start production on Season 3,” Wyle shared. “It’s set in early November, just before the holidays, ushering in a whole new set of emergencies and confrontations and complications.”
