I took my 4 month old jack Russell for a walk in the woods today, i thought these shots came out quite well. Ps, i know a couple are a blurred but thought they looked ok anyway.

Well, I thought I'd upload some picture. I know they're pretty much crap, but I've only had the camera for around 7 days, and not had a massive amount of time to use it yet unfortunately

You took a sky shot on a 50mm? Not an ideal lens for the job

I'd remove the white border and drop shadow/vignette though; it'd look far better without.

The Nifty knows no bounds! I only have a nifty and 100mm macro, rented the 10-22, miss it

Cheers for your critique on the border, I always find them difficult to judge, some just never look right.

unfortunately due to personal proplems i've had no time for photography at all this month. managed to put things aside for a few hours today and tried to get an entry for this months comp. cant decide which one works best? any ideas?
