Not quite as awesome as the other wedding photographer's standards here but this is my first and hopefully, many more wedding shoot to come :)
Steve & Dawn

I've unfortunately got a cold, thus only a handful of shots processed. *sneezes*

Re the birds... should be fairly sharp at that, just check your focus points, bottom pic is definately focussing on the tile at the front, so th bird isnt too sharp. Top photo is just over exposed

A recent shot from a folk band playing in a bar. Excuse the watermarks, its to prevent the bands ripping them off my facebook.

Some of you notice the bokeh of the 85mm here.
I personally notice a "homosexual looking" male wearing a bathrobe. I think this could well be the night after the gay shoot?

Up early for coffee n fudge?

Thats our Phate.

What you are still failing to see is the selective colour replacement on the obviously pink in reality bath robe....

Nice shots Mr Jones. How did you get on with pictures outside, or were you able to keep in the shade? It was a nightmare last weekend with the lovely bright sun, I had a go at trying to use fill flash to try and tone the shadows down but all I managed to do was blow the shot, who needs PP to add "glow"! :D

Shade under a tree, coupled with flashgun wirelessly trigged at full power to help balancing the exposure. Did get a lot of 'glow' shots so PP was simpler, like that last 2 shot with the sun on the back right of the scene!

Outdoor group shot was a trick and a half, still not finished PP for them yet :p

same bird same drain, any of these better?

you'll hate me for saying this, but they still look soft to me.

Try giving us a different composition.

Also, trying F8 or f9, i still think the focus point is anywhere but the bird.

Its tough to know without seeing the full pic size pic, could just be down to the resize

The last one doesnt look soft though, but tis hard to see any detail in the little schnaffler, hes so black.

Had a couple of hours with the camera this afternoon trying to come up with something for the comp. Had a few "amusing" ones along the way :)

No comments from judges please, just in case :)

Haven't really picked up the camera much, but i came home and found a fox lying in the back garden.. thought i'd try and take a shot. This is the only shot of it i got before it scampered along. Now i understand how 250mm isn't even long enough for the most simple animals! :D
