First proper day where I've taken my camera out and really had a good look for things to photograph. Went to my uni campus this evening with my girlfriend and we only took my 70-200L F4 with us but got some good shots.

Probably my favourite picture so far since moving to full frame.

Girlfriend took that. The 100% crop is immense as its extremely sharp.

Also really like this photo. Caught my eye as I was walking past the Law and Politics building on campus and took my time framing it.

Darker photo than the rest as I was using spot metering throughout and was under heavy shade. Its exposed nicely though and the 100% crop shows some amazing detail at the heart of the flower.

I see you....

Nice shots Clwn.

I recognise Llyn Ogwen (shots 1 + 4), Llyn Vyrnwy (5 + 6), Nant Ffrancon Pass (2 + 3) and obviously Llandudno, but any idea where 7, 8 and 9 were taken, its bugging me I've been past those mountains and I cannot recall what they're called.

I'm not sure if this qualifies as a 'post your picture here' worthy but it's a first attempt at time lapse photography - not terribly interesting but I find clouds to be mesmerising at the best of times.

How do you do this?
Would really love to have a go at time lapse.

Abingdon airshow today. Tried low shutter speeds, didn't go very well!

Can't see anything wrong with those personally!
Nice blurred props and sharp focus on the aircraft. First is the nicest for me though.
