Thanks dude, it seems due to the weather umbrellas are taking over. I've another few weddings to process and they feature quite heavily in those also, so I'm looking forward to this heatwave that's 'supposed' to be coming..

Thanks for those seven pictures. Ive crossed it many times, your dad did a excellent job. At one point in recent years I heard they would capture the estuary to make the largest tidal power station in the world, alas they didnt follow through.
Its one of the most extreme tidal ranges in the world apparently

Thanks for the kind comments...its a tribute to my Dads work as he Died two years after the Completion of the Build in 1968...he was 36.

As others have said, thanks for sharing. You dad had an eye for a good photo plus a stomach for crazy heights!

Dead, killed with one of the anti insect sprays and used for this before finding its way to the bin coffin. Had the idea when I found the little boat but didn't have an insect to use until this afternoon!
