sat down with the other half and watched the prestige lastnight, really good film, and have to reccomend a watch. any one seen it?

i never heard anything about it in the cinema, did it even make it on to the big screen?

It did but not for long.
We tried to see it about a fortnight after release and it was gone.

It got really poor support from the cinemas when it came out over here, I remember at the time when it came out I'd seen the trailers and really wanted to see it but it was only shown at like 1 of my 3 local cinemas and was only on for about a week, it came out around the time of Casino Royale & Borat and got lost.

Surprising really for a film with Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale, Scarlett Johansson & Michael Caine in!

I'm waiting till it comes out on HD DVD (in May ) to see it now.
