From personal experience and reading many of the running threads in here I think it is okay to say that running is one of the hardest forms of excercise to do right, due to the amount of problems that we have with it... hence, lets make a thread with all the running problems we have had in one place and share solutions we have found...

I must admit I'd be interested to see what DmPoole, Gilly and Firstborn have had to overcome...

I'll start - leg cramp. Curently dealing with this, and trying to find a remedy but I find I get minor leg cramp, run on it anyway and end up doing minor damage to my calves... am currently planning to drink 600ml of water before every run (apparently max amount of water you can drink without somach sloshing) and take a further 300ml of water with me. Planning to change shoes as well, I started running longer distances and wearing new shoes at the same time so changing shoes worth a go...
