Hi, i have had my aunties laptop for a few weeks and finally got down to trying to fix it this week i started of with a fresh format as she had 2 virus programs and it was just running remarkably slow.
Anyway when i shutdown the computer everytime it says the program "Sample" has stop responding, with end now button etc.
Is there anyway to either remove this program or stop that from happening? Do you recon its a hardware or software issue? Also the wireless doesnt work but i think that is hardware related
