build it yourself and shell out for

And get a quiet PSU too. I'm likely going to be buying the Corsair VX 450w or TX 650w. They're both excellent, reliable and quiet PSU's.

Aye, the SilentPC site is very good. I've been looking at their reviews of the PSU's and they're very helpful.

I have a shuttle system for my HTPC and is normally silent. Very nice silent system.
