This genius has created a 22ft long tunnel, leading to a room where the artist will be, which gets smaller as it goes on forcing the person entering to be in a "submissive" position when they enter.

When they're in the room, he will then rape them.

The "art" exhibit will take place on 30th October in Colombus Ohio, and he says..

Do you have any limitations on the kind of person you’ll rape?

None whatsoever. It could be men, women, old, young, fat, thin… anyone.

I just hope Bas Rutten decides to enter that room. That would be hilarious. He could put his self defence movie to good use anyway.

Strange!!
However this i found weird
has come under fire from Columbus-based feminist groups not to mention, local law enforcement officials.
The law enforcement i can understand but feminist? he clearly stated he would rape anyone!
Or are they jealous its not exclusive to women!

Wut?

So what people will crawl to the end of a tunnel to be shagged by some random dude? Also how is it rape if they know whats coming?

Doesn't have to be a surprise to be rape. :p

It's forcing sex on someone without their consent.

This is a very very odd thread.

But surely if they crawl to the end of the tunnel they are essentialy consenting?

Well I imagine it would work as a fantasy "OH I WONDER WHAT IS COMING AT THE END OF THIS TUNNEL? OH MY! WHATEVER AM I TO DO?!"

Out walks the middle aged fat man in dungarees...

I started to think differently about my work. In 2007 at the Seward Projects Space in Columbus, I had my first breakthrough with an installation that was to be the prototype for this current one. It was called THE PUNCH-YOU-IN-THE-FACE TUNNEL. It was the same set-up as THE RAPE TUNNEL except at the end of the tunnel I’d punch the subject in the face instead of raping him or her. The impetus was completely reactionary to the current state of art, and motivated by pure frustration.

As it turns out, I ended up breaking the nose of the third person to crawl through the tunnel, an aspiring model. She went to the hospital and eventually sued me. Her modeling career was put on hold. The civil case was long and drawn out and the matter still hasn’t been resolved. To this day she still has unpaid medical bills. The point of this long aside is that all this took place two years ago, and I’m still having an impact on this young lady’s life, something not many other artists could claim about their work.

Rape seemed like the next logical step.

WTF, I think someone should punch him in the face.

Knowledge of the risk is not consent to the harm.

Well yes but surely if someone tells you, "If you walk down this tunnel, a man will rape you" and then you walk down the tunnel fully expecting this and in fact for that very purpose, surely that means you are consenting?

Would it still be rape?

Can you consent to Rape? Is that even possible?

I mean you can hardly call it "rape" if both (or all) parties are willing to take part.
