The Rip | Netflix

didnt rate it basically its a few films in one ripped off but not as good. street kings and training day kinda. basically sit in a house making up some mysterious plot. luke warm give it a 6 out of 10 made for netflix sheep.

Training day is on another level, though I did get some vibes from it in The Rip. Training Day ending never gets old.

First hour had me hooked, liked the tension slowly building up and trying to guess when / if they might betray each other, all the tension went as soon as the Cartel leader said they weren't bothered about the money for me.

It's far from being the worst Netflix film we've had in recent years and a decent watch.

The whole premise of "leave, take the money and go or we're all coming in" was a good idea but when less than a handful of baddies were involved, thats when it went to diarrhoea.
Reminds me of Dunkirk in that there weren't many actual extras involved in the whole movie leaving it feel hollow.

Great for 2/3's as people have said,
fell apart in the armoured car.
Still an enjoyable film, but a 7/10 instead of something higher.
