Hopefully AMD catch up a bit with their next gen. They just bloody need to make their chiplets work properly and pass on some of the benefits to us.

That's on AMD to optimise for Vulkan RT though surely :p Although to be fair Nvidia has always been the choice for Vulkan anyway.

once again AMD need to pull their finger out with drivers.

Yup more than likely is something amd need to sort as wouldn't be the first game where RT wasn't working and had to have extra work put in from amd side to get RT working well.

Are you trolling? :p Don't say that on Linux forums...

Vulkan is what Steam OS (Steam Deck) and many other Linux OS's run games at through a translation layer from DX, it works best on AMD.

Vulkan is based on Mantle, an API AMD created.

Pretty obvious though that since this is all about RT, that it would also be about Vulkan RT, or does everything need to be spelled out these days

Its not obvious at all, You said Nvidia are the best choice for Vulkan anyway, anyone would read that as indicative to Vulkan favoring Nvidia 'anyway'

Interesting watch, would like to see some more comparisons with newer games though:

Obviously compression etc. but this actually is a pretty good capture/comparison for what I notice when it comes to motion of FSR VS DLSS. DLSS especially with the E preset/3.7 really is so far ahead now.
