2% off at the same clocks with 12% less CUs; highlights a bottleneck outside of the GPU core. Wouldn't risk flashing a BIOS for the clock changes though, that's easily achieved through WattMan or any other OC utility. I'm at 1650/950 with a small undervolt and haven't started tweaking yet

Can they alter that bottleneck with drivers or its just how its made. I thought memory speed was more of a factor possibly

Sad times. My situation is complicated. I'm technically separated from mine but we still share a bank account so I can fully support my daughter; my wife just couldn't work enough to support our child due to health issues. She just gets a real bee in her bonnet about big purchases and hates "spending money we don't have". Alas I've been trying to save all year to buy the parts I wanted but there was always something going on that meant it didn't stay saved for long so I bit the bullet and did this on finance; I can feel an argument coming...I was honest with mine, she gets the haribo though

I believe the 56 has different RAM manufacture with 64 gettings samsung chips and higher voltage which even voltage control couldn't reach
Please can you share your settings? A print-screen would be nice, thanks.

Similar to me, I have memory at 900, still playing with voltage and I have the last 2 states down to 1050 and benching heaven and gears of war 4 ok
Yep that's my next goal, get the mem at 950, got to leave it until tomorrow though, Mrs is home and I can be bothered with hearing "how much longer are you going to be messing about with that thing"
No point anybody arguing everybody's situation is different and nobody should be made to feel in any way bad about purchasing choices! People are bound to have and opinion but you know what they say about opinions... If it makes you happy buddy all the best to you and I hope you enjoy that card!
Well, you can't carry anything in a graphics card... Although suggesting she uses a Bag For Life may not be a wise come back.
Woot! 56 installed and silent on idle (watching youtube etc.) which was a concern for me initially. Will post a pic tomorrow to get on the ROHL

Guys why is my card running at 849/500?
The last screenshot shows my max state is set to go to 849 but previous is more link its meant to be. Should I switch to the 2nd bios?
