The RX Vega 56 Owners Thread

Some Time Spy scores using a few different settings with my vega 56:

R5 1600 @ 3.7, 650W PSU, memory 2400mhz

Balanced profile : 6266 (graphics score 6380)
Turbo profile : 6421 (graphics score 6562)
HBM 900 +0% : 6416 (graphics score 6551)
HBM 900 +25% : 6575 (graphics score 6812)
HBM 900 +50% : 6733 (graphics score 6935)

At hbm 900 & +50% power limit the core clock was boosting to on average 1550 +/- in single digits.

I haven't played with the core speed or under-volting yet:)

The price of the stand alone pack is subsidised by AMD as were selling considerably below cost, but AMD rebate us to allow us to hit their SEP. This amount we can sell is capped. However the same was true of 64, but a few days later they extended the cap, though still limited.

Unfortunately is quite a big unknown, but once our cap is reached, the stand alone shall be removed from sale unless AMD extend it, if they do not then it will only leave Red Packs available. I am sure they will extend it, but nothing in life is guaranteed.

Thank you for the clarification.
Considering the build quality of the ref. cards I might just pull the trigger now instead of waiting for AIB cards and risking higher prices.

Went to double check my clocks, and despite having it set to 1650 it was topping out around 1630, so need to tweaking to actually hit the figures I thought I was at. I hate boost modes, they're unpredictable at best
