Suggestive of Hynix HBM then if it cannot go above 1000?
It is for sale at £399 same as the red dragon V56 currently on preorder here. Maybe it is better to wait for that seeing as it is a 3 fan card but the card itself looks massive. Maybe I should just go with a 64 if the red devil 64 goes back down to £449 on Monday but I'm only on a tx650 PSU.
The issues woth coil whine are a little worrying, is this a common vega issue or are some cards better tyanother for this?

V56 HBM cannot clock as high as a V64 without flashing a V64 bios as the voltage cannot be adjusted. (contrary to what wattman suggests) My V56 wouldn't get above 950MHz on the standard bios, but using a V64 bios, it quite happily clocks to 1175MHz.Suggestive of Hynix HBM then if it cannot go above 1000?

It will always remember the last profile applied on startup, providing the card doesn't crash or system hangs before the start of windows.Hi,
I did a clean Windows install a couple of days ago and I'm having to remember and do all the settings tweaks,
When I start my PC my graphics card is at it's stock settings,
Can someone remind me how I make it so that my under-volt profile in Radeon Settings is automatically applied on start up please.

@Davedree
@Panos
Cheers guy's,
Another oddity since the clean OS install is that on starting a game the game starts okay but I get a message telling me I need to find an app to run the ms-gaming overlay, It doesn't seem to stop any games from working but it is new, as in it's never appeared before, I'll boot up a game and add a screenshot of it now. Ignore the use this app tick, It does it regardless of it being ticked or not.
Have a look here

annoying W10 features -_-
Also make sure you install Spybot Anti-beacon to remove most spyware services.
Cheers for link, I'll have a look at Spybot but I think I've done most of it manually.
EDIT: It's annoying how many things that should be optional are on by default with Win 10.
So my computer still cuts out with the replacement vega. At least that rules out the GFX card. I'm guessing PSU or motherboard then?
If it's still acting as in your post here with the computer not turning on for some time after it shut down then yeah I would guess there's a problem with the motherboard or PSU ... can't readily find if you ever tried a different PSU?
