Yup. In Wattman you could lock it so P7 would be the minimum p state.
Left-click on the state and it will let you.

What resolution are you running and what cable are you using?
Might be worth trying the refresh rate at 60hz some hdmi cables dont like 120hz.
whats your oc as that seems high compared to my nitro, im seeing 88 degrees as a max after hours of gaming running 1700mhz, memory at 1090mhz @1100mvHow important is hotspot temperature? Is there a number I should be aiming for? I'm seeing it go slightly over 100C with normal gaming.
i use hdmi to dp cable from my samsung tv, works fine60Hz has solved the flickering, thanks for that. Just need to suss if it's the actual cable or if I need to get a DP to HDMI solution of some sort.

undervolt i did, my settings above, though seems to allowed me a little more lately strangelyIt's at stock, maybe I need to undervolt?
