Tealc do you have multiroom? If so they might of updated the other card to included it.
If not do a call back on your box, goto services press 0 then 0, then 1 select, will bring up another menu then scroll across to New install and do a channel scan and call the box back this might update the channel. If not give customer services a call, hope that helps

what message does it bring up when you goto pause/record ?
