Not seen prices as I am not looking to buy. How much was reference and say ASUS TUF?
Looks like all these new users got one . Probably saw the twitter links!
Yep got my order in, so hopefully by the weekend I'll be switching from a 3950X and a Radeon VII to a 5950x and a 6800 XT.@LtMatt - Just quickly watched the Hardware Unboxed review of the 6800XT. Very impressed with what I saw. AMD is back baby!![]()

Those clearly aren't representative of the actual potential of the cards though, since the RT performance is way better in other games. It's just a consequence of them being so late to market with the RT stuff and developers having been optimising heavily for Nvidia's implementation for the past couple of years. I'd guess some of the more popular titles like Minecraft, which is one that seems to perform really badly with RT on, will see patches that'll dramatically improve things. It's clear that it's still not going to be on par with the 3080 in terms of RT performance (more like the 3070), but the initial teething issues should work themselves out as the drivers mature and developers get a better look at the architecture.pretty much but in some titles even without DLSS the 3080 had 90% + RTX perf
£600 for a reference 6800 XT is a good price imo.REF was 600 on AMD and the other big comp but 680 on OCUK. TUF range is in a week, but imagine 700+

Will try and get the 6900 XT when available and will then sell my 6800 XT, possibly on the MM.![]()

I much prefer HUB charts. But do still watch GN's review. They both offer something a bit different.GN review numbers are so different to HUB. The quality really doesn't seem to be there with GN anymore.
Its weirdly terrible in Minecraft, like unplayable terrible (RE: Gamers Nexus) something wrong with it in that game? There must be.
The launch. At least I knew where to look for that launch. These pages were live but without links being present. Apparently it was announced on facebook and twitter. Same story on the competitors.
Also less places stocking than 3080. Shambles.

Looks good performance wise. AMD finally competing again. I’m eagerly waiting to see how nvidia react. I can see a lot of cancelled orders.
10gb vs 16gb, is going to be a big one for people looking to upgrade, considering it performs pretty close Raytracing wise to the 3080, and costs the same.
I mean the 3070 with 8gb is practically dead now lol.
