ok, I recently bought a 1990 Toyota Supra twin turbo limited (import), why? because id always liked them and thought I may as well fork out for a mint one before father time and the rust monsters make such cars rare as hell and decent ones cost a small fortune. Anyway, it has an electric leather drivers seat, when you hear that a car designed in the early 80's has an electric drivers seat what do you think? forward/backwards with manual tilt? forwards/backwards with electric tilt?

This thing has forwards/backwards, tilt of the back, up/down, tilt of the base, outwards/inwards on the back lumbar and the side bolsters can be moved in/out to grip you better, all I can say is omg, my buddy paid £800 for a leather armchair that has less features than this* lol

It really shows that this was the top model of the company's flagship car, you don't get all the toys this has on most brand new Toyotas.

*though it did have a fridge in the arm

Never seen the point, i set up and leave it alone, why would i need to all of a sudden change anything unless i gained 50 pounds.

I'm not the OP - but one of my cars has electric seats and I love just to be able to hold a switch and sort it out, rather than fiddling with the levers at the front and at the side and one for the lumbar support... I share the car with the missus and it's genuinely useful to have these.

im quite lucky. with my OH we barely have to adjust the seat when we get in each others cars at all. im 6ft and shes 5ft4. the most she has to do is move the seat forward one click :D

I adjust, especially if doing track days I want to be more upright and closer to the wheel where as if I am on the motorway (especially if I am going to be stuck in traffic) I move it back a bit for more leg room and to relax a little.

I absoultely adore MK3 Supras. I've had a couple of N/A UK cars but rust and Head Gasket issues put the end to those projects, but of course with a nice 1JZ powered import you don't have to worry about either ;).

I still maintain that Supra seats are the most comfortable I've been in bar absoultely none (this includes Bentleys). Absolutely awesome seats, and playing with the side lumbar function never, ever gets old :D.

Little rusty when it comes to the JDM ones. I'd have though a Limited would have been complete with an autobox, digidash and aero roof (or was that just the early 7M Limited GT models)?

I will never forget the (albeit short) passenger ride I had in a ~500bhp Mk4 they way it built up speed was so smooth and effortless! Loved the interior too.

Yeah but women tend to drive 2" from the wheel and bolt upright :p
WHY IS THIS?!

This irritates me so much. Do they not realise this is dangerous? Why don't their instructors teach them not to sit with their nose in the windscreen?

RAGE

I wish I could drive mine from the back (not that the front seats are bad mind - still fully adjustable/heated/air conned etc).
