thought of this as red nose day is coming up and it is a good thing and something we should all be proud of!
do similar schemes go on in other european countries? this isn't meant to be a thread having a go at countries that do or don't because i honestly have no idea...

In the UK we give more money to Pet charities than human charities.

but the government doesn't fund such organisations such as the RSPCA does it? i will always give to an animal charity if there is a collection pot
