Says who? The definition of "world" is anything that can be considered whole in the universe, as well as a body in nature, so a child's dream is their world (example), likewise any planet is also a world.

yes - can't work out if he has heard of 3rd rock from the sun ... must be 20 odd years ago ?

on ex-worlds interesting fact this week - When Pluto is farthest from the Sun the Sun is far less than an arcminute in size, and looks like a dot.

e: I'd assumed nasa's attempt to adjust the trajectory of a meteorite wss being discussed in space thread - appears not - hows that going
