Seems that Bravo are continuing to keep us MMA fans happy with the latest season of TUF being shown on Fridays (starting 07.04.06). It's on Thursdays in the states so not much of a delay either, which makes a nice change.

All the profiles are up on the homepage. Should be much banter with Ken and Tito as coaches too. With UFC 59 and Ultimate Fight Night it's shaping up a good month for the UFC.

So, who's your pick for the events in the not too distant future? Tito v Forrest should be a good one. My heart says Forrest but my wallet is screaming Tito. Also hoping that Arlovski will dispose of Tim without too much trouble. I'm not familiar with all the TUF fighters but I'm hoping for big things from Bisping.

Roll on Friday:D

Good too see this back again and with a Brit in each weight division, fingers crossed for both of them.

I'm also glad too see that we're getting decent coverage now, more info on the official website - http://www.theultimatefighter.tv/index.php

UFC 59 is only 2 weeks away as well, with Arlovski v Sylvia topping the card and Ortiz returns to fight Forrest Griffin, which I think could be a classic.

Can't wait for this to get started. I followed both the first two series and hopefully this one can be as good as season 1 was. I thought the second season was lacking a litttle bit up until the last few weeks.

Will be recording that tonight. Just hope it's better than season 2.
Two english lads are in as well, one from liverpool and one from stoke.

Tbh I don't think Forrest should really have a hope of beating Tito. Tito will get the takedown and blanket him for 3 rounds, with minimal ground and pound so he can keep better control but still avoid having it stood up.
Though I get the feeling the refs would be told to stand this fight up as much as possible due to Forrest being their boy.
Griffen could get lucky with a good punch but honestly I think at this point in his career he isn't ready for the experience of Ortiz.

edit: Bisping looks like a good prospect, seen him on Cage Rage a few times.

I've added a spoiler, so we can discuss the events.

I'm really hoping the two Brits will last longer than a couple of weeks, it'd be great to see one of them winning, because we're very thin on the ground in the UFC, now that The Machine has retired and Mark Weir lost a couple.

saw this last night, im glad that they finally got rid of those stupid challenges and that each fighter HAS to fight to get into the semis. i was laughing ,y head when they were all talking about how the americans couldnt understand bisping and poitin even I was having problems :D . Hopefully they will give the yanks a beating in the cage! Tito already putting the boot in with winning the toss

'No matter what I do , I always end up beating shamrock' haha Classic!

Was a great first episode, I spent half of it rolled up laughing. Had a look at the sherdog forums after, seems like the yanks are loving the inclusion of the two lads from over here also.

Every other post is... WAR Bisping.
I think they've got him pegged as fave to win already just by going off his 10 - 0 record, unfortunatly 10 - 0 in cage rage, etc isn't quite like being 10 - 0 in KOTC and UFC.

Ortiz surprised me, despite his reputation and obviously put on personna in UFC he seems like a really nice guy. Shamrock always has and always will be a nutjob.
I still like both of them a lot though. ;)

I aint seen any of TUF3 yet :/ seems awesome too Tito and Shamrock who STILL hate each other lol - they due a bout in Sept I think?

Cant wait for Tito V Forest oh yeah! Arlovski....another quick knockout I guess lol

Apologies for being off topic a bit, but I watched UFC a week or so ago and there was a promotion of a Royce Gracie vs some champion fight coming up soon, anyone know when ?? Or was it a repeat and Ive missed it ??

edit: Just found out its due in May with Matt Hughes

Should be a cracker - looking forward to this one.

was on yesterday ~ good stuff. lmao @ a Shamrock clip where he says to Tito "I will beat you to death" in such a serious way and Tito just cracks up. He is a cool guy, always knew that, he has that bad boy attitude to pee the fighters off and ruin their game plan. Cant wait for his fight against forest, although I question if tito still has it :/

The light heavyweight UK fighter looks promising dunno about the other one, I like the over confident cocky fighters they always lose. Like that black guy in TUF2 "Oh im this im that" then josh owned him, think hes joshs pet now? hes next to him in the fights he has. Dont forget big bad mike "im better than you all" and Jorl or whatever hes called. Anyone see the over confident ginger guy? "im the best blah blah everyone knows" and he almost got picked last :D

Theres a fair bit of UFC set this year, there was some fights last night with Stephen Bonnar and Chris Leben, next week another event and more. Although I was like ":S" when they announced Hughes vs some guy I dont know lol

Tell me you're not talking about Matt Hughes Vs Royce Gracie??!

Saw the first episode of this tonight and I have to say it looks like it's going to be good. Not sure about the quality of the fights, but Ortiz winding up Shamrock for however many weeks is going to be hilarious telly :D

A bit of a suprise for me, I thought Noah's injury would have hampered him more and he started taking quite a few shots, but a superb armbar submission more than made up for that.

Im liking this season. classic armbar submission, shame jesse wont learn, he still thinks he's better than noah, i saw that armbar coming from a mile off. just a good wrestler, nothing more.
