all us pc gamers (me in particular) can all be happy in the knowledge that the almighty MS v3 intelli mouse is back!

W00T rare as rocking horse **** and never heard a bad word about them back in the day, loved mine back when i had it, cant wait to go back to it

assume this is the best place for this rather than GH seeing as its a gamer thing

Oh yes! best mouse ever. Im still using my intelli 3 after about 4-5 years. Tried others but I always go back to the intelli 3.

Yep me too! Love this mouse.

Had to buy one for work just cause i couldnt go in and have to use a 'standard' ball mouse

My brother has an older one.....

Feels like it is made of really low quality plastic...

I like the feel of the MX510, plus a nice selection of buttons I couldn't live without now.

The paint on the logo on mine is starting to peel off. I think the next mouse i get will have to be the same shape and size as the 510 and has to be wired. The only problem is that the G5 should be perfect for me but the lack of the extra sidebutton that, like you, i use so much really puts me off.

2000 top end Kreeeeeee can choose lower thought afaik. 800 and 1600 aswell I think it said.

think the old old MSv3 was 400dpi, id expect this one to use a newer laser and thus a higher dpi though

If I could make a mouse it would have at least 5 more buttons than the MX518 two or three more on the left and two on the right, and a tilt wheel.
