I think the Air Craft Carrier beats that thing for detail and from what i can tell the carrier looks like its only been made by using the blocks its self to hold it together but maybe some glue to stop it breaking, as for the Star Destroyer from star wars it win's for coolness factor and geekness factor lol but it looks like its been put together with other materials apart from lego as its go support hooks on it to be hung in mid air.

There both outrageously awsome though, things like this always turn ends no matter who you are :D

actually, if you read the interview/article thing, he actually says they have used all genuine lego parts to build it, the only things that are non lego are the glue, support hooks, and metal spine to strengthen it. stops it getting broken with having to be taken out of the box at exhibitions etc.
