The ultimate watercooling setup

I have an application at work where I need to spec a watercooling circuit...not for cooling a processor but some stainless steel components.

If money was no object (to an extent - £500 ish) what is the best radiator, pump, resevoir, fan combination?

I'm a bit out of the overclocking game so i'm not too hot on whats hot and whats not (if you pardon the pun )

You could go monster heatcore / deltas for a small increase in performance at the cost of your eardrums, but that's pretty much a sweet setup.

It all depends on what size it can be.

If it can be bigger than normal watercooling you can get some hints froma car watercooling setup.
