Should be fine with that case as it is quite spaceous inside, one thing is to check if leads from your psu will be long enough to connect to your mobo. I have seen a few threads on here saying that with this case sometimes has problems connecting the ATX power on the motherboard due to the PSU mounting at the bottom of the case.

The memory and HSF are very good, could save £10 if you have an Artic Freezer, but thats up to you.
