The what do you consider Your Minimum frame rate thread.

30 fps I'm happy with, although obviously more is better. I can cope with less though in some games.

for FPS games I like a good 90-100+ average. Dips below 60fps anger me quite a lot but I don't want to shell out for a new GPU yet

60fps with vsync for me with the odd exception - Crysis being the main culprit.

Luckily even on my ageing system I can still ramp up the detail on most games I play to the max and maintain 60fps.

I can't get on with sub 45 FPS for long periods. I don't mind the odd dip but that's my cut off.

A steady 80-85 and I'm happy.

Would it be possible to get a poll going please mods ?

I can tolerate around 20, maybe even 15 in RPGs like Oblivion, where the whole game is running fine except for the darn great forest.

Preferably 60 for FPS games but usually 30 is the minimum I would like. Not sure if that is due to actual performance or some kind of e-peen/placebo effect

30 - 40 is fine for me, if I can get better great, but I usually turn AA and AF off in online games for more fluid firefights and gameplay.

25-30, games are still perfectly playable at 25fps without seeing any stutter, so I don't know why people feel the need to stroke their epeen and cut it off any higher
