So, some great deals on steam this week.
i've picked up the Witcher and Batman. Which mods would people recommend for the Witcher?
want it looking as nice as possible:)

is it worth playing without mods, as i've never played it before?

I used to play oblivion with around 50-60 mods running, but only when i'd played through it before

cheers

I just got the Enhanced edition and patched it, looks good.

Nothing special considering its age, but perfectly fine.

tbh, i'm only likely to play through this game once, so i would really like to play it with the mods that people consider essential. Can't really go wrong for a fiver.

That's just it, no mods are essential. The vanilla Enhanced Edition is already great :)

Yep there are no mods to make this one better, either stick with it and see if you like it or give up. While I know you can mod Bethesda stuff most other rpg's you can't and this is the same.

Go on modbb.com for witcher mods, I downloaded the texturen mod, FCR mod and a few others like high res models, realistic rain, realistic wounds. Hope this helps?

Edit: Scabbard mod is good too but has clipping issues sometimes

cheers, just downloaded the texturen mod actually:)

There are lots of mods for this game. i think i will go for a few of the high texture ones and a weapon balancing mod, also there are a few quest mods which look decent.
