Just this minute finished The Witcher and what can I say apart from it's was ****ing brilliant!!

This was my 2nd go at playing it. 1st time I couldn't get past 'the Beast' in the outskirts but this time around I stuck with it and finished the lot.

Are there multiple endings in the game with regards to the humans and non-humans?

Spoliers below

----------------------------------------------------
I sided with the non-humans all the way through and it ended by just going back to how things were, with them attacking humans. Obviously the assassin attacked setting up the Witcher 2 but was wondering more about the humans vs non-humans

There aren't multiple endings as such. Obviously it changes depending on choices you make, but nothing drastic really. There are tlts of different ending summaries depending on choices such as who you side with at certain points but the end video is the same.

the ending will always be the confronting the Grandmaster and the final video of the Assassins though.

When it is kind of revealed who the Grandmaster is, it is one of my favourite moments ever, excellent twist!

Have you played withcer 2?

How does it compare?

Not played Witcher 2 yet, it’s winging it’s way to me as we speak, hopefully get here tomorra

From what I can gather it’s shorter than the 1st one but a lot of the fetch & carry and kill x amount of mobs have been removed.

I still have the witcher 2 combat music looping in my head when i do mundane things like make a cup of tea... It makes it so much more exciting.

This is accurate description, I would just add that the game must be played twice to fully appreciate it, the difference caused by one decision is much larger than that of any decision in the first game.
