its been one of those days for poor lil Rob(me btw). It seems everyone out there on the roads wants to try and do me harm today.
Firstly had a complete pleb in a rangerover run a red light this morning and miss me by a whisker too busy chatting on his phone,
second one was about an hour later up at charing cross, black hack driver again jumped a red light and then realising his error slammed the anchors on right in front of me, cue my fares at the time(2 rather upset rangers fans) getting out the car and abusing the poor guy and threatening to inflict much violence for his trouble.
and finally, This evening on my way home from the park with the kids, I'm coming up the m74 overtaking in the outside lane quite happily circa 80-85 mph when what can only be described as a mcdonalds spec Mondeo came off the slip road and shot straight out in front of me into the third lane. Cue brown trouser moment and an imminent letter of thanks to Brembo.
Couple that to 2 broken octavias today, First one with a tensioner that I had to go tow in from bishopton(lovely 60 mile round trip) with what seems like a complete loss on the engine, and my own octy bus splitting a turbo pipe i've had a pretty crappy day..
