Just went to see it at the cinema, thought it was pritty good actually and not what i thought. i thought because of all the actors in it it was going to be more of a film which would make it rubbish but it was actually really good.

only thing i didnt like was the fact that it was literally about 2 guys familys and didnt talk about anyone else or show anything else like people on the planes or anything, but then again i suppose that what the other film that came out earlier this year was about.

definetly worth a watch if your interested or had any relation to the event, put a tear to my eye.

ROFL...spoilers...its a film based on true events, the film kind of already assumes you know whats happened.

seriously tho, at first i thought it would just be a crappy cash in type of thing, but after seeing the review on film 2006 it looks not bad. dont think ill be goin out my way to see it though.

It is a safe film, not wanting to upset anyone in the US and as a result, is pretty boring at times. I'd give it 5/10.

tru.. i think its a case of not enough time has passed for them to do something a bit more... shall we say graphic...

I saw it today and it was very moving indeed. Anyone that's been to Manhattan, or the WTC would know what I mean.

I went to the cinema with low expectations, it was worse than even my wildest dreams. Absolute dross. It contained some truely moving scenes, but alas they were flanked by cheesy one liners and moments of unintentional hilarity. This film should have been a testament to everyone that died on that day, alas it completely failed.

Incidently I only went to see it becuase I'm a big Nicolas Cage fan.

I guess I looked at it beyond entertainment. I was in the WTC just a few months before the attack and returned after. It hit home.

I agree, my dad found a photo of me stood by the windows in the observation area of the WTC, I can't remember which tower it was though, and whenever I see footage it moves me.
As Spie, I have also ben back to the site, I remember having dinner in the plaza beneath the WTC and seeing the globe intact and pristine, yet going back and seeing the memorial with the battered and broken globe.

I just feel like it is more real, makes you feel more connected to the disaster than I normally would have had I never been there.

I think as a blockbuster movie it's a failure. As a tribute/docu-film about 9/11 it does alright.

If you look at it as a blockbuster your gonna be disappointed.

I have just got back from watching this film and thought it was fantastic.

I completely lost track of time, forgot I was even watching a film really.

It stirred up many emotions inside of me, in fact most that you could probably think of.

I have never been to America. Maybe I will plan a trip in 2007, if so, I will definitely be visiting ground zero.
