this thread is for when you realise you've got a problem

sat down 2 hours ago to play some skyrim, i have yet to actually launch the game because i'm installing mods. this isn't the first time this has happened and i doubt it'll be the last

i have the same problem with kerbal space program, if a launch takes less than 10 minutes from an ssd then i feel i'm not trying hard enough

so what do you guys do that make you think you should probably stop but you never do?

I am exactly the same with KSP. Just installed an RSS/RP-0 install, I have spent 2 days....I havent even played the game yet!

tell me about it, 5 hours i was on the pc last night for about 30 mins worth of actual game time before "y'know those wall textures look kinda meh, wonder if there's a mod for that"

...you keep buying PC games in a Steam sale but have no PC capable of running them on. And I will be doing the same in a few days time even though I'm planning on spending my hard saved dough on a Macbook instead of a gaming PC.

Know I have a problem....when I install a 4-5gb game (Oblivion) & have 7gb of mods lol.

i have 13gb of mods for farming simulator, they aren't even ironic mods either

Yikes!
Not just yikes that you have that many mods (or one really large mod), but that you play farming sim

honestly it's a good game, great for some chillaxing as there's not really any difficulty or winning criteria

A guildie I knew from warcraft also plays it a lot, guess I'm missing out hehe.
Hmm, wonder how he copes. He plays games via touchscreen

well the controls are complex, but it has a great system to tell you the specifics for any given vehicle or implement so you don't need to remember keybindings.
