I need a bit of help trying to find some software. Im not sure if it even exists, but if anyone knows if it does I would be very gratefull.

Is there any software designed for theatre or live performance queueing of video and sound effects. At the moment were using minidisk, CD, DVD all going through a mixing desk and vision mixer. What I would like ideally is a system where I can pre write queues for things like AVI and WAV file fades and cuts, then just hit a button to advance the queue. This would then be sent through to the soundesk and projectors.

Any ideas?

You may be able to hack something together with Ableton Live. I'd also recommend asking over at the Future Music forums (if they still exist) as you will find more experts in that field over there.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've now found the perfect software though;

Looks exactly what im after and seems to have been used in lots of similar situations to what im going to be using it for. A version 2 is on the books as well which should be good. :)
