Theme Hospital on Win 7 x64?

I've got a re-release of Theme Hospital on CD, but it won't even install. Is there a way to get this working? I heard rumours of an open source thing like OpenTTD?

Here ya go it's clone of theme hospital just needs the original files to run.

Used this a few times on my laptop and it brings back some good memorys

I found Corsix a bit buggy, just get it from GOG
