Theme!

hi there, can anyone send me in the right direction for a theme to xp that makes it look like vista, or just a cool theme thats minimalistic, every theme i try to install needs a third party program thats only a trial for 30 days or summat, anyone got a website for themes that dont need 3rd party progs?
