I've added 'Black Sliders' and also 'Black Navigation Bars' i also installed an app that allows you to customize the operator logo. But that's all i have done.

Do a search in cydia for 'Black Sliders' it changes the 'unlock' and the 'turn off' sliders on the iphone / itouch. 'Black Navigation Bars' just changes the colour of the navigation bars. Also a cool battery replacement is 'iPhonk Battery' again installable through cydia.

Strange, iPhonk Battery didnt change anything for me
