Well today saw my 10th lesson and tomorrow see's the theory test :) I know ive done it once before for the bike test but I am still revising pretty much at any moment I can find in the day.
I have got the official CD's and havent failed one on there yet :)

IF I pass tomorrow (cant be sure of anything), then I will be getting straight onto booking the practical, at the moment it looks like it will be about 15th April at the earliest, so thats about the time I will be going in for test.

I am looking at cars now, I have got about £2k to spend on the car itself, I am going to just keep an eye on autotrader for good deals. I am not at all fussy, I want something small and modern and less than a 1.2 really. I cant afford to insure a bigger car what with bike insrance at £1k a year at the moment.

So, wish me luck! :)

Cheers guys, I know the drill and should be fine :)

I am setting off in a second but I cant get back on here to let you know how I get on until tomorrow morning, I am on the late shift so I have got to travel straight to work from the test.

Just done a quick practice one again and got 34/35 so I am quite confident.

i got 34/35 in the multiple choice and 44/75 in the hazard so i was pretty lucky :D

had mine on 21st december passed practical 2nd time yesterday :D:D tis a great feeling good luck with it all m8

huh? iirc the theory test certificate lasts for 2yrs, so the one you did for your motorbike should be enough ??
You have to take a seperate one. On the whole it's pretty much the same, but there are some bike specific questions in there too.

Hope you passed! I'm gonna take my bike test soon (sick of the L plates ;) ).

How'd it go?

Gutted. Failed :( I got 35/35 on the multi choice and 42 on the hazards  44 is a pass, I got 43 when i took it for the bike test first time round :( I am just annoyed at myself really, but no point dwelling on whats already happened.

Are you going to be running the bike and a car?

Yes :) Although after looking at my mates written off BanditS 650 I want a car for this weather real soon, its a complete write off, nothing left of it, but he got off extremely lucky!

Duuude! :(

I never took the HP test, but I did it on one of those cds you can get, and I have to say it's not that hard... Then again I had been driving several years when I had a go at it.

Chin up and get it booked again ASAP and nail that pile o' crap, get your test done and passed!

Booked up already mate for the 29th :)

I will concentrate on the HP now a bit more for my resision, I didnt really take much practice in at it I have to confess and it showed :(

HP is easier for those with a bit of experience on the roads.
you will get it right eventually :]
