There is a massive cursor (like Word) flashing whenever i use Facebook.

It just appears and disappears again, just like Word, if you get my drift. So what is it and why is it there?

Doesn't seem to be on any other webpages.

And yes i have re-installed Facebook blah blah.

Actually it's on all websites...that cursor appears anywhere i click. Urgh.
