I had this a lot on my wired network.. I had to DMZ the pc and open the ports! still sometimes does it..

It's probably down to your wireless connection, I got it a few times but went wired and never had it again.

Home Hub isn't the best at wireless and doesn't handle DMZ to good either. DMZ is demilitarized Zone, It an help with games so might be worth trying.

Can you connect your PC to the router with a cable to test?

To set DMZ on your Home Hub, Navigate to bthomehub.home using your browser, advanced settings, continue, application shareing, Then click DMZ and select your PC.

Happened to me on wireless as well so I've switched to wired.
