That linked to a site explaining how to mod and fettle with the basic player, making it look really flashy. Anyone know what the link was?
 
typing foobar brought up many pages my friend. thats why i wondered if anyone knew the thread i was on about. thanks for searching for me. chop chop next time eh?

I think you might be better off anyway just visiting the foobar2000 forum at HydrogenAudio - many of the older configs were based on the Panels UI interface, which is deprecated and no longer works with the latest releases of foobar2000.

If you check out some of the more recent Columns UI threads in the 3rd Party Plugins subforum, you could have a look at what other people have done, download some scripts and perhaps take it from there.

I love foobar2000, but no-one could ever accuse it of having straightforward or easy-to-find documentation. :rolleyes:
