There's a CD sitting in my porch

Bit random just went out the front to have a smoke and there's a CD sitting in my porch

Didn't want to risk putting in my PC so got out an old CD player as was thinking it would be full of music but no it's blank

Was thinking maybe the strange design round the outside could be something where letters are stretched and can only read at an angle in a mirror or a mirror in the centre
