A year or so ago we had a recruitment drive for new Underbosses and I'm very pleased to announce that we've just promoted the first of them to Don.

Please join me in congratulating @ci_newman, a very welcome addition to our team. Be careful with that ban hammer sir, with great power comes great responsibility ;)

Congratulations!
I think the normal things is to ban one member of the forum at random for a few hours, just to test the button is working.
Ideally the first person to go "who":p

It's always nice to the the littluns grow up, especially when they're filling absolutely gigantic shoes...

Enjoy banning people directly instead of being a walking RTM button and try to be less of a pain in the arse contrarian than I was unless absolutely necessary. Might seem easy now but it can get harder with time :p
 
Congrats @ci_newman a thoroughly deserving candidate. I found my few years of donship and banning an incredibly rewarding experience.

Thanks for devoting a bit of spare time to it!
