Thermal Compound - Which of these to use

I have a few left over tubes from previous builds. This will be used on my 2700k

IC Diamond 7 Carat
MX-4
Artic Silver 5
Artic Silver 3

I used the IC Diamond last time around and just used the small pea size blob in the middle and let the HS spread it. Which should I go for, I'm tied between using the IC and MX-4 same application method for each. Small blob has always worked fine previously.

Don't think you'll see much difference in either of them, but I'd go for ic diamond

Havent used the ic diamond stuff, but always been pretty impressed with mx-4. Non conductive and easy to apply.
