What is the best Thermal Compound for a Watercooling Setup

I`m getting a EK-FC7970 Matrix - Acetal+Nickel, for ASUS design Radeon HD 7970 Matrix Platinum

and

XSPC RayStorm CPU WaterBlock

The chillfactor 3 on two is a good buy other than that as5 mx4 any of the usuals will do

The gelid extreme is excellent mate and its what EK also recommend but not sure if ocuk carry stock any more

edit, have you got your matrix block yet??? mine hopefully should be here this week from the germans

Hopeful to arrive on Wednesday, but have to wait for the Corsair Ob 900D to come out before I start the water setup

Not sold here anymore, but have a look around.

It's not essential though. Good old MX-2 or something will do a fine job.
